The SigalSub Jewel ML Wishbone with bushings is a jointed stainless steel wishbone designed to be mounted on threaded bands with ø 16 mm bushings, compatible with all major spearfishing spearguns. Created to meet a real need among experienced spearfishers, this wishbone was developed to ensure a perfect, precise, and reliable catch in every condition of use.
Design and Construction
The Jewel ML stands out for its meticulous attention to construction details. The half-moon section — the part that engages the shaft notches — is precision-machined to ensure optimal contact and a secure catch. The angle is specifically designed not to be too pronounced, in order to minimize contact with the angled part of the shaft and optimize power transfer.
- High-quality stainless steel construction
- Arms approximately 35 mm long (including the brass ball)
- Fixed half-moon section (non-removable) measuring 30 mm
- Pin width: approximately 30 mm
- Compatible with threaded bands with ø 16 mm bushings
Performance and Compatibility
The Jewel ML Wishbone with bushings is compatible with all freediving spearfishing spearguns, including more demanding models such as the Mr. Carbon by C4. Thanks to its carefully engineered geometry, the bands’ power is transferred to the shaft efficiently and directly, without loss. The bands remain properly aligned and spaced, eliminating friction and interference during the shot.
