Return Policy

If the customer needs to make a return, they must contact the DEEP BLUE staff providing a detailed explanation by email of the reason why they wish to return the item, for example:

  • incorrect item received
  • non-conforming, defective, or incomplete item
  • item exchange due to incorrect size/model
  • the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal (within 14 days of receipt)
  • damaged or tampered package (in this case, please make sure you accepted the delivery subject to inspection)

The first notification may be made by phone, but afterward it is always necessary to send a detailed email to info@deepbluesub.com explaining the reason for the request; we also recommend attaching photos of the product.

Before proceeding with the return, it must be authorized by us. After that, we will send you the link to our Returns Portal, where, by entering your ZIP code and your order number/tracking number, you can start the guided return procedure.

During the procedure, you can choose the Drop-off Point where you want to hand over the goods. The system will automatically suggest the Drop-off Point closest to your delivery address, but if necessary you can change the Drop-off Point simply by entering a different ZIP code or address, for example your office address, and the system will show you all nearby Drop-off Points.

At the end of the return process on our portal, a shipping label will be made available to you. Print it and attach it to the package.

At this point, you can take the labeled package to the Drop-off Point you selected within 3 business days, bringing a valid ID with you.

Notification emails containing various instructions will guide you throughout the entire return process, from creating the label, to drop-off at the Drop-off Point, to the return delivery of the goods to our store.

The return service fee is set at € 10,00 throughout Italy and will be deducted from your refund or from the amount of your next shipment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. For returns from abroad, the return service fee will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Another return method is to physically bring the item back to our Varese store, at Via Luigi sacco n° 16, within 14 days of receiving it, subject to prior authorization.

ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED

  • Once the goods have been received at our premises, our warehouse will proceed with the conformity check and any acceptance of the return within 2 business days.
  • In the case of a defective product, we will evaluate whether to send the item to the manufacturer for service or, where possible, replace the product ourselves subject to authorization from the company concerned.
  • If the product is covered by the legal warranty, the cost will be limited to shipping fees only. Otherwise, you will be sent a repair estimate that must be confirmed in order to proceed with the repair.
  • If the return involves a refund, it will be arranged within 7 business days from the date of acceptance.
  • If the return involves an exchange of goods, it will be arranged within the terms agreed with the customer.
  • In the case of a non-compliant return, you will be contacted by our staff within 4 business days from the date of receipt.
