Data Processing Notice

We inform you that, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, for the establishment and performance of ongoing contractual relationships, our company processes your data. Please note that this Privacy Notice also contains the information required pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “Regulation”), without prejudice to the amendments and adaptations that may become necessary following the repeal, as of May 25, 2018, of the Privacy Code, as well as any European or national legislative measures and/or provisions issued by Supervisory Authorities after the publication of this notice.

Legal basis for processing 

Any refusal to provide the data will result in the impossibility of carrying out the processing. Processing is, in fact, necessary for the performance of the contract.

Purposes of processing

Your data will be processed in relation to contractual requirements and the resulting fulfillment of legal and tax obligations, as well as to enable the effective management of financial and commercial relationships.

The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently retained only for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.

Processing methods

Data processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency and may be carried out using tools and procedures suitable to ensure security and confidentiality. It may be carried out both on paper and with the aid of IT tools.

Rights of the data subject

You may exercise all recognized rights, such as, for example, access to personal data concerning you, information on the source of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing; rectification or, where you have an interest, completion of the data, erasure. You also have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales communications, or for carrying out market research or commercial communications, including with reference only to the use of automated methods, including data profiling.

You have the right to access the personal data concerning you, to know the source of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, and the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools.

You also have the right to obtain the updating of the data, their rectification or erasure, anonymization or the blocking of data processed unlawfully; to receive the Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format; to withdraw any consent given for the processing of your sensitive Data at any time and to object, in whole or in part, to the use of the Data; to lodge a complaint with the Authority, as well as to exercise the other rights granted to you by the applicable legislation.

It is understood that, where the access request is submitted by electronic means, the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format.

Obligation or right to provide data

With regard to the data that we are required to know in order to comply with obligations provided for by laws, regulations, and EU legislation, or by provisions issued by Authorities legally entitled to do so and by supervisory and control bodies, your failure to provide such data will make it impossible to establish or continue the relationship, to the extent that such data is necessary for its performance.

With regard to the data that we are not required to know, failure to obtain them will be assessed by us on a case-by-case basis and will determine the resulting decisions, in relation to the importance of the requested and unprovided data for our organization.

Communication and disclosure

Your data will not be disclosed by us, by making it known to unspecified parties in any way, including by making it available or allowing consultation.

Your data may instead be communicated to specific parties as defined below:

  • To parties that may access the data pursuant to provisions of law, regulation, or EU legislation, within the limits provided for by such provisions;
  • To parties that need to access your data for purposes ancillary to the relationship between you and us, within the limits strictly necessary to perform the ancillary tasks;

Data retention period

However, the data may be retained only for the period corresponding to tax, accounting, and administrative requirements and to document our activities.
