Quality and Warranty

All Products purchased from DEEP BLUE SUB S.r.l. are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

For each product purchased, the customer will benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for under Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

The legal warranty borne by the seller applies to conformity defects that appear within 24 months from the Product delivery date and that are reported by the consumer within 2 months from the date on which the defects are discovered, in accordance with Art. 132 of the Consumer Code.

In the event of receipt of products that do not conform to the orders or are defective, the Customer is entitled to have the product brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement. The Customer may exercise this right if the defect appears within two years from delivery of the goods and reports the defect within two months of discovery.
The customer must proceed with the return by contacting the DEEP BLUE SUB S.r.l. store to receive assistance. DEEP BLUE SUB S.r.l. will arrange collection of the product, subject to the customer’s availability.

To make use of warranty assistance, the customer must keep the invoice or receipt for the order containing the product.
