The Sigalsub HT Inverter Muzzle Kit is a highly engineered component designed for spearfishing with Inverter speargun systems. The result of two years of research by the Piedmont-based company, this muzzle is one of the most technologically advanced solutions available on the market today. The kit includes the complete HT muzzle and the pre-tensioning pegs, everything needed to set up or upgrade your speargun to a high-performance Inverter system.

Materials and Construction

The muzzle is made from glass-fiber-reinforced nylon, with a calibrated fiber content to ensure the right balance between structural stiffness and surface smoothness, essential for proper band and line travel. The upper sections and the areas around the line passage holes are reinforced to provide exceptional resistance to mechanical stress generated by high-power Inverter systems.

• Muzzle body in glass-fiber-reinforced nylon – stiff, lightweight, and resistant to marine corrosion
• 8 mm diameter central steel axle for maximum transverse rigidity
• POM rollers (polyoxymethylene / acetal) – high-stiffness technopolymer with low friction and excellent dimensional stability
• Central POM axle designed with +0.5 mm compared to the rollers, to ensure free, frictionless rotation
• Pre-tensioning pin included, to be installed in place of the pin that secures the barrel and handle
• Pre-tensioning pegs included – with a radiused base that perfectly matches the barrel profile

Inverter System and Operation

The Sigalsub HT Inverter system uses two or three pairs of bands attached to blocks/pulleys connected to the tensioning line anchored to the muzzle. One pair of bands provides line pre-tensioning, attaching laterally to the barrel via the pegs included in the kit; the following pairs are loaded in sequence.

It is compatible with Sigalsub spearguns from the Nemesis HT line and with other spearguns equipped with an Inverter system. The pre-tensioning pin is installed in place of the original pin that secures the barrel and handle.
