Sigal Sub HRC Tahitian Shaft in Sandvik Steel for Freediving Spearfishing

The HRC shaft by Sigal Sub is made from heat-treated Swedish Sandvik steel, ensuring high levels of stiffness and mechanical strength. This combination provides a stable, vibration-free trajectory during the shot, optimizing accuracy for spearfishing and freediving.

Main technical features

• Material: high-quality Sandvik steel, heat-treated to maintain elasticity and stiffness.
• Laser-welded hydrodynamic shark fins, available in two sizes according to shaft diameter, to ensure secure engagement with metal or Dyneema wishbones.
• Floppers in raw AISI 316L stainless steel, non-recessed type, designed to prevent closing after passing through the fish.
• Available configurations: single flopper positioned underneath (hand-modified) or opposing double floppers.
• Tail end finished by hand to remove any sharp edges or cutting points, improving safety and comfort during use.

• Available diameters: 6.5, 6.75, 7.0, 7.5 and 8.0 mm.
• Available lengths: from 90 cm up to 190 cm.
• Designed for use on open-muzzle and roller spearguns, for targeting large fish.

Functional advantages
