Salvimar Ares is a band-powered speargun designed specifically for freediving and spearfishing, featuring a Barrel with a polygonal elliptical cross-section that incorporates engineered angles to provide strategic wall thicknesses and ensure superior structural rigidity, essential for a stable and precise setup in the water.

• Barrel with integrated Shaft guide and open rail, extending from the Handle to keep the Shaft aligned and reduce friction during the shot
• Symmetrical Handle made from 30% fiberglass-reinforced nylon for improved mechanical strength and long-lasting durability
• Self-centering stainless steel release mechanism manufactured using MIM technology, for reliability and precision during the release phase
• Acid green nylon aiming insert positioned at the rear of the housing, designed to ensure high visibility of the sight line while diving
• Double-hole Muzzle designed to reduce band friction, increasing shot power and improving efficiency
• Innovative step on the tip of the Muzzle designed to support the Shaft flopper without the use of O-rings, making loading and maintenance easier
