The Rob Allen Impact shafts are designed to fit any European-style trigger mechanism, ensuring broad compatibility with standard spearguns. The 270-degree angled notches and line attachment holes are carefully polished to minimize wear and ensure long service life.

Materials and Construction

Made from 2100 MPa (55 HRC) tempered spring steel alloy, these shafts are extremely strong and durable. Their high stiffness limits “shaft whip” during the shot, improving thrust transfer accuracy and increasing speed and penetration on the target.

Technical Details

• Tri-cut tip with heavy single flopper, ideal for fish of different sizes
• Equipped with hydrodynamic pins to optimize flow and reduce drag in the water
• Available in 4 diameters: 6.3 mm, 6.6 mm, 7.0 mm and 7.5 mm
• 7.5 mm version also available with offset double flopper for greater stability
• Lengths ranging from 90 to 200 cm for different spearfishing needs

Treatment and Protection

Each shaft undergoes a specific heat treatment, manual straightening, and thorough quality control before machining. The Quatro Phase coating provides four to five times greater corrosion protection than conventional galvanizing, ensuring increased resistance to salt and marine environments.
