The Floatline Pouch is a technical pouch containing 40 meters of quick-release floatline, designed specifically for spearfishing for large pelagic fish. This device is installed between two floats, serving as a controlled line-release system during a spearfishing session.
Operation and Use
The Floatline Pouch releases the 40 meters of line only under precise, safe conditions, preventing accidental deployment. The mechanism activates only when the first float is fully pulled under by the traction exerted by the fish and the second float is pulled enough to trigger the line release.
The line is released by breaking a rubber band (not supplied) which, when it gives way, allows the line contained in the pouch to unroll. This technical solution optimizes line management in the water, ensuring an additional length reserve exactly when needed and improving control over large catches.
