The Pathos Saragos is a compact, hydrodynamic speargun designed to deliver an optimal balance of power, accuracy, and practicality during spearfishing and freediving.

Construction and Materials

The barrel is made from 1.25 mm thick anodized aluminum, with an integrated Shaft guide that provides excellent rigidity and long-lasting resistance against marine corrosion. The design reduces hydrodynamic drag and promotes smooth movement through the water.

Handle and Trigger Mechanism

• D’Angelo II Handle anatomical right-handed design, with a long, flattened butt, optimized to improve control during loading.
• Non-slip rubber coating on the loading butt to ensure effective grip even with wet hands.
• Recessed Trigger Mechanism made from stainless steel, with a 7 cm longer stroke for a smooth yet powerful Release, ideal for precise Shaft release.
• Available also in universal or left-handed versions, ensuring adaptability to different Handle styles.

Muzzle and Technical Features

• Open Muzzle with a single band hole, designed to provide an excellent sight picture and allow the installation of two circular bands.
• Supplied with a single 17.5 mm circular band for a good balance between power and smooth loading.
• Shaft in 6.25 mm Sandvik steel, single-flopper, with shark fins and tri-cut tip, optimized to ensure accuracy and stability during the shot.
• Compatible with any Pathos reel for maximum customization.
