The Meandros Mitos 4 is a large vertical reel designed specifically for freediving and spearfishing. Equipped with a self-releasing drag, it ensures optimal control when retrieving the line.
The spool is built with a plastic shaft and two lightweight, reinforced stainless steel discs, offering the perfect balance of lightness, compactness, and rigidity. The lightweight structure allows the line to dry quickly, reducing the risk of rot.
The frame is connected to the spool with three-axis spacers positioned around the spool to prevent line twists and tangles during use in the water.
