Construction and Materials

The reel integrates a high-strength plastic shaft paired with a 316L stainless steel frame, providing excellent corrosion resistance in marine environments. This combination ensures an ideal balance between strength and lightness, making underwater use easier.

Technical Features

• The spool features diamond-shaped openings that reduce overall weight and promote fast line drying, helping prevent deterioration caused by moisture and salt.
• The frame is riveted to the spool with spacers on 3 axes positioned around the spool itself to prevent line tangles, keeping line management neat at all times.
• The extendable arm improves line rewinding efficiency, making in-water operations smoother and faster.

Line Attachment System

The spool axle has an angled hole specifically designed for inserting and securing the line. The line passes through this hole and a second hole positioned in the knob-drag system, where it is secured with a stopper knot. This mechanism:

• Prevents accidental loss of the knob-drag assembly
• Increases usable spool capacity by avoiding internal knots
