The cone serves two essential functions: it helps the floppers enter and pass through the flesh and bones of the fish, reducing resistance on impact, while also making the shaft more hydrodynamic as it travels through the water, improving accuracy and trajectory.

- Available in brass for shafts with 6.25 mm diameter, 6.50 mm diameter, and 7.00 mm diameter
- Secured with strong threadlocker (not included)
