The Hunt Target 1 trigger mechanisms are made from AISI 316 stainless steel, a material highly resistant to marine corrosion, ensuring durability in underwater environments. They integrate an automatic and reversible line release system, which makes shaft insertion easier and ensures optimal line positioning for precise, reliable release.
Technical and Functional Features
- Line release on the side, 22 mm long and 2.5 mm thick, machined on the side of the sear to keep trigger pull consistent even under high line tension.
- Trigger pull light at 1.5 kg, stable up to 180 kg of pull on the shaft, corresponding to use with 5-6 16 mm bands at 320% stretch.
- Compact, rear-set mechanism that provides an additional 4-5 cm stroke by taking advantage of the band propulsion compared with traditional mechanisms.
- Precise mechanism dimensions: 47 mm length, 16 mm thickness, and 18 mm height for optimal housing in the speargun barrel.
- Extended-length levers for maximum sensitivity and to minimize the force required on the Trigger, ensuring a smooth, controlled release.
