Line Release for Freediving and Spearfishing Spearguns
The line release is a technical solution designed for those who prefer not to use release mechanisms integrated into the speargun or who need a separate release component. The device mounts directly on the shaft and is positioned on the speargun barrel, a few centimeters forward of the trigger mechanism, ensuring precise operation during release.
When the shaft exits, the line release frees the line or monofilament by rotating independently, ensuring an efficient, unobstructed release.

- Material: AISI 316 stainless steel, 2.0 mm thickness, for high corrosion resistance in marine environments.
- Manufacturing: CNC-bent, angled, and finished with a vibratory polishing treatment to ensure a smooth, wear-resistant surface.
- Mounting: AISI 316 stainless steel self-tapping screw included for secure and stable installation.
Applications and Installation
The line release is specifically designed for spearguns made of wood and carbon fiber without integrated line release systems. It is installed in front of the shaft entry point into the trigger mechanism, making the system modular and easily adaptable to different freediving and spearfishing speargun models.
