Spear Truck CB5 - Performance is an advanced pulley system designed specifically to manage and support band load on Invert Roller spearguns. Manufactured with precision CAD technologies, this system is engineered to optimize band organization, ensuring even load distribution.
Design and Materials
The pulleys are machined from solid stock using a special high-sliding polymer, with a deep groove that ensures excellent band grip, preventing slippage during use. The trapezoidal frame, made from solid-stock stainless steel, provides high mechanical strength and securely retains the bands inside it. The structure prevents unintended band slipping and allows effective pulley activation.
Functionality and Technical Benefits
- The system features five small hourglass-shaped cylinders that allow the bands connected to the trolley to move in parallel, improving smoothness and precision in power transmission.
- Supports the installation of multiple bands, optimizing space and maintaining correct positioning for balanced tension.
