Materials and Construction

The blades are made of 75% carbon and 25% S-Glass, a high-strength fiberglass derived from the aerospace industry. Manufacturing involves an exclusive high-pressure, high-temperature vacuum process, with hot-melt impregnation using tetra-functional resin. This method ensures a defect-free component with a consistent fiber/resin ratio along the entire blade, delivering strength and lightness.

Engineered Design for Efficient Finning

The calibrated distribution of stiffness and mass along the blade promotes resonance within a range of natural frequencies that match the typical finning frequency. This configuration optimizes thrust transmission, reducing fatigue and increasing the fluidity of underwater movement.

Design and Components

• Foot Pockets: S-Wing model without side rails, ensuring comfort and a secure fit.
• Water rails: constant-profile structure with a height of 10 mm, designed for optimal stability and trim control.
• Blade size: 667 x 185 mm, balanced to ensure efficient propulsion.

• Stiffness options: 25 soft and 30 medium to suit different thrust and comfort requirements.
