The Vertical Carbon reel by C4 is a vertical reel specifically designed for spearguns used in freediving and spearfishing. Handcrafted in Italy, this reel combines light weight, stiffness, and mechanical strength, ensuring high reliability underwater.

Materials and Construction

The load-bearing frame and spool are made through monocoque molding in carbon fiber, ensuring excellent stiffness while minimizing overall weight. The spool is also laser-cut, providing the precision and balance needed for efficient power transfer during retrieval.

The drag and rewind knobs are made from glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene, a material chosen for its durability and light weight. The line guide arm is made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and strength during use in the marine environment.
