UP C4 Fins for Freediving and Spearfishing

The UP C4 fins, developed in collaboration with Umberto Pelizzari, offer a distinctive design with bright, luminescent colors that are easy to see in the water. Made entirely in Italy with selected materials, they deliver a combination of mechanical strength and light weight, ideal for freediving and spearfishing.

Technical features of the blades

• Plastic Blades with finishes inspired by the weave of carbon fiber, featuring a smooth, glossy central band flanked by side areas with a technical pattern, and different finishes on the rear side of the blade.
• Variable geometry designed to protect the junction area with the foot pocket and reduce load losses along the entire length of the blade.
• 29° blade angle, combined with a 3° angle of the 250 foot pocket, for a total angle of 32° that optimizes thrust transmission and kick fluidity.
• High-pressure and high-temperature overmolded thermorubber water rails improve hydrodynamic control and lateral stability of the blade.
• Blade dimensions: 795 x 625 mm.
• Stiffness: Soft 25, for a good balance between responsiveness and flexibility, ideal for efficient propulsion while maintaining comfort during extended use.

Foot pocket details and comfort

The 250 foot pockets, pre-shaped with a 3° angle, are made from soft, adaptable plastic materials to ensure a snug and comfortable fit. The rigid insole provides direct energy transfer from the leg to the blade, maximizing propulsion efficiency during underwater finning.
