Heat-Transfer Polyurethane Chest Pad

The Chest Pad is made of heat-transfer polyurethane and is designed to be applied to any fabric using heat sealing, ensuring excellent adhesion without compromising the flexibility of the base material.

Its composition ensures perfect adhesion while maintaining high elasticity, essential for use on wetsuits or other neoprene garments used in freediving and spearfishing.

Technical Application Instructions

Set the heat press to 150 °C.
Preheat the neoprene or fabric at 150 °C for about 15 seconds to optimize adhesion.
Position the Chest Pad in the desired area with the protective sheet facing up.
Press at 150 °C for 15 seconds, ensuring uniform and consistent contact.
Allow the surface to cool completely before removing the protective sheet to preserve the seal and protect the fabric.

The heat-transfer pad is available in black, ideal for maintaining the technical, understated look of neoprene garments designed for freediving and spearfishing.
