Salvimar Ares Carbon – Speargun for Spearfishing and Freediving
Salvimar Ares Carbon is a speargun designed specifically for spearfishing, featuring a K300 carbon fiber barrel with a polygonal elliptical cross-section. This distinctive geometry, with strategically positioned angles, gives the barrel high structural rigidity, improving stability and shot accuracy while freediving.
The shaft sliding system is integrated with an open rail shaft guide that extends from the handle, increasing overall strength and efficiency in power transfer. The symmetrical handle, made from nylon loaded with 30% fiberglass, ensures excellent comfort and a secure grip, while the self-centering MIM stainless steel release mechanism guarantees reliability and long-term durability.
To make aiming easier, an acid-green nylon segment is applied to the trigger housing, visible in all light conditions, optimizing line-of-sight visibility.
Technical features of the muzzle
- Muzzle with two separate holes to reduce band friction, increasing shot power
- Step on the tip to support the shaft flopper without using an O-ring, improving smoothness
Available configurations
- Four lengths: 85 cm, 95 cm, 105 cm and 115 cm, suited to different swing preferences and hunting environments
- BOLT shaft calibrated by diameter and length according to the version
- Supplied with twin 14 mm bands for adequate thrust power
- Micro Vertical reel for the 85 and 95 cm versions
- Vertical 70 reel for the 105 and 115 cm versions
