The Freediving atolls by Apneautic are specifically designed for training and use in freediving and spearfishing, offering practical, safe support for freedivers of all levels.
Materials and Construction
Made from PVC-coated polyester fabric, these atolls provide high mechanical resistance and waterproof performance, essential for prolonged contact with salt water. The surface is rugged yet lightweight, ensuring easy transport and handling in the water.
Technical Features
- High buoyancy that supports weights of varying loads without compromising stability and safety.
- Central storage compartment capable of holding 10 and 12 mm diameter lines up to 100 m long, with easy access through a double closure system consisting of YKK plastic zippers and Velcro for long-lasting durability and practical use.
- Two circular holes in the lower section of the atoll help maintain a stable trim and allow internal water to drain quickly.
- Straps and handles made of polyester (PES) on the lower and side sections for easier gripping and handling before the dive.
- Side housing for telescopic insertion of the diver-down flag, useful for marking the dive point at the surface.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel D-ring for securely attaching the line to the lower section of the buoy.
- Complete version with inner bladder, ensuring reliability and buoyancy control.
