The Lobster Neck Weight from 4.0 kg is an innovative weight system consisting of a 2.5 kg collar and 5 additional segments of varying weight.
This freediving neck weight has a highly hydrodynamic shape, designed at length not to overload the swimmer's neck and to make freediving much more effective. The weight goes to work much closer to the point where the buoyancy forces balance, and because of the semi-mobile segments that follow the movement of the dorsal vertebrae, the swimmer is not restricted in any way in his or her movements. The segments are interlocking, attached by rubber inserts, easy and convenient to assemble and disassemble so that the weight of the collar can be adjusted to suit any need. Segment weight: 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 grams. Color: Dark Blue.

Its shape is designed to be incredibly hydrodynamic and not to weigh down the swimmer's neck.
The semi-mobile segments can be removed and assembled at will and follow the movements of the dorsal vertebrae, so they do not restrict the swimmer's movements at all.

Excellent ballast system for dynamic apena because it allows weight to be distributed between the neck and upper chest and not in one place. The modularity of the system makes it easy to adapt the ballast needed to the need. If the 4 kg is not enough, it is always possible to purchase additional segments weighing between 100 g and 500 g until the ideal weight is achieved.
