INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196.2003, for the establishment and execution of contractual relationships in progress, our company processes your data. It should be noted that this information also contains the information requested pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the "regulation"), without prejudice to the changes and adjustments that will become necessary following the repeal, from 25 May 2018, of the Privacy Code, as well as European or national legislative interventions and / or provisions of the Supervisory Authorities subsequent to the publication of this document.

 Legal basis of the processing 

Any refusal to provide data results in the inability to processing. The processing is, in fact, necessary for the execution of the contract.

Purpose of the treatment

Your data will be processed in relation to contractual requirements, and to the consequent fulfillment of legal and tax obligations, as well as to allow effective management of financial and commercial relationships.

The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently stored only for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.

Processing methods

The processing of data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and can be carried out through the use of tools and procedures suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality and can be carried out both on paper and with the aid of computer media.

Rights of the interested party

It is your faculty to exercise all recognized rights such as, for example, access to personal data concerning you, indication of the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; rectification or, when interested, integration of data, cancellation, you also have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, even with reference only to the use of automated methods, including data profiling .

You have the right to access your personal data, to know the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools.

You also have the right to obtain the updating of the data, their correction or cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law; to receive the Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device; to revoke any consent given in relation to the processing of your sensitive data at any time and object in whole or in part to the use of the data; to lodge a complaint with the Authority, as well as to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable law.

It is understood that, where the access request is submitted by electronic means, the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format.

Obligation or right to provide data

With regard to the data that we are obliged to know, in order to fulfill the obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation, or by provisions issued by Authorities legitimated by the law and by supervisory and control bodies, their failure provision by you makes it impossible to establish or continue the relationship, to the extent that such data are necessary for the execution of the same.

As for the data that we are not obliged to know, failure to obtain them will be evaluated by us from time to time and will determine the resulting decisions, related to the importance for our organization of the data requested and not provided.

Communication and disclosure

Your data will not be disclosed by us, giving knowledge to indeterminate subjects in any way, not even by making them available or consulting.

Your data may instead be disclosed to specific subjects defined as follows:

• To subjects who can access the data by virtue of the provisions of law, regulation or community legislation, within the limits set by these rules;
• To subjects who need to access your data for purposes auxiliary to the relationship between you and us, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out the auxiliary tasks;

Data retention period

The data may, however, be kept only for the period corresponding to fiscal, accounting, administrative needs and to document our activity.
