RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21.02.14 No. 21 (the "Consumer Code"), the customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the product purchased.

Below are the instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the consequences of withdrawal itself.

To exercise this right, the customer must send an explicit written notice within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent:

Once received the above notice of withdrawal, DEEP BLUE SUB S.r.l. will quickly communicate to the customer instructions on how to return the goods. The consumer must return the Product(s) or deliver them to the seller or a third party authorized by the seller to receive them, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated to the seller his wish to withdraw from the contract.

Direct shipping costs related to the return of the Product are borne by the Customer.

Items must be returned using one of these options:

a) By our courier using the procedure guided by our Returns Portal.

b) Returning the good(s) physically to our premises in Varese.

c) Proceeding independently to the shipment, exclusively by courier.

The purchased Product must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all accessories and any spare parts, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts:

- correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect state of resale (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

- provided with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow DEEP BLUE SUB srl to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address);

- without manifest signs of use.

Should DEEP BLUE SUB S.r.l. receive damaged or tampered items, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

DEEP BLUE SUB srl is not responsible for any damage to products, occurred during shipment and return of the same.

If the returned item does not comply with the requirements of the preceding paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.

The purchaser may not exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase of custom-made or clearly personalized products or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, as well as for items of a sterile nature such as ear plugs.

DEEP BLUE SUB S.r.l. will refund the price paid by the Consumer, provided that the item has been returned by the Consumer, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods at the headquarters of Varese. The costs and risks associated with the return and transport of the article / s being returned are borne by the customer.

Transport costs due to the change of article are dependent on the country of destination and are always charged to the customer.
