PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Spear Truck Performance is a new pulley system, designed and built to organize and support the loading of tires on Invert Roller rifles.

This system was CAD modeled and manufactured with the help of innovative technologies. The pulley

was turned from solid bar of a special polymer and features a groove deep enough to ensure maximum grip of the line inside, so as to prevent slippage.

The tires are joined to the carriage by means of three small hourglass-shaped cylinders, binding them centrally and ensuring a symmetrical load of the elastics and well balanced with the whole structure.

The frame, made of stainless steel, is composed of two fully unloaded plates 1.5 mm thick, so as to minimize the weight. The axis of the pulley, of the "through" type, is designed to ensure the holding of any load without compromising the operation of the structure.

Using the rhombus arrangement, Spear Truck Performance can mount up to four elastics, optimizing the overall dimensions and maintaining the correct positioning. Guaranteeing maximum performance and reliability.
